Requirements : You should have a solid internet connection with good Upload speeds. For example 720p30 baseline H264 encode will have a minimum of around 2Mbps (2 Megabits per second) of upload. If your minimum upload speed is 5Mbps, then you can be sure of higher quality. To meet you lower bandwidth internet service , you could lower the resolution (for ex 640x480)
